Tournament cancelled due to weather:

If a tournament is cancelled before the start of the tournament due to weather, there will be a 100% refund less a $75.00 administration fee. The administration fee will help cover the cost the tournament director as incurred in preparing for the tournament.

2 game guarantee tournaments:

One game started or played - no refund.

3 and 4 game guarantee tournaments:

One game started or played - 50% refund.

Two games or more started or played - no refund.

Other Refunds:

1) If a team drops out at least (15) days prior to the start date of the tournament the team will receive a full refund. If a team drops out 10-13 days before the event, the team will receive a 50% refund. If a team drops out 9 or fewer days before an event there will be No Refund given..

2) There are no refunds for forfeits or disqualifications.

3) Any team that forfeits a game in pool play is immediately disqualified from the remainder of the tournament and does not receive a refund.

There will be no gate fees refunds.
